THE QUESTION WHY?.Starting photography as a teenager,only because i wanted to create images and no matter how
hard i tried,i could never draw or paint anything that resembled the images in my head!.Going on to working freelance on regional
newspapers and then studying and doing three year city & guilds photography in cheshire and sheffield, my art work
was put on the backboiler as i went on and worked as a staff photographer on a county newspaper, this although being
reasonably fullfilling, started to become frustrating,as you can only photograph a certain amount of kids,santas and flower
shows in one lifetime and still remain sane! So the time came when i started travelling around the uk and southern Europe.it
was whilst working alongside many talents in the music and performance industries the old adage of "do what makes you
feel good"became a rather important mantra in the rhythm of my life,and probably always will,.All my work is purely designed
to take me on a journey, and thankfully due to the continued support of many friends, this is " what i do"!, all photographs
and images are availiable for sale as limited edition prints, signed,numbered & registered, and are availiable directly
from Xlandphoto.co.uk.,party and holiday invites,along with any commissions are always welcome,so get in touch.I will
